Known as important for children to help them sleep, it is equally important for adults to have some sort of night time routine. Try and go to sleep and wake up at approximately the same time each day, this will help centre your body clock. Perhaps some meditation before sleep or simply taking a few deep relaxing breaths will help you fall to sleep.
